What happens if I cancel my TV channel subscription?

You can cancel the subscription at any time. You will not be charged any more subscription payments after you cancel. Your TV channel will continue to operate for 30 days after you cancel. If you want your channel to stay live on the Roku streaming service network you will to move your channel elsewhere to another server. Please note that we provide customer support only to our subscribers.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

When you subscribe, we begin the process of setting up your TV channel manually based on the branding info that you provide. If you are unhappy with our service you can cancel your subscription at any time, and never get charged again. However we cannot provide refunds for past subscription payments.
